Questions, answered
Do credits expire?
Subscription credits are issued monthly, including annual plans, and expire at the next monthly grant boundary. Unused credits do not roll over. Credit packs expire 365 days after payment.
Do failed generations cost credits?
Failed jobs refund credits to the original credit batches with their original expiry dates. Credits that have already expired do not become spendable again.
Can I get a refund?
Contact support with your order details for a refund review. A refund is not automatic. Refunded purchases also lose their first-purchase bonus.
Can I use my creations commercially?
Paid subscriptions include commercial use. Free creations are for personal use. Credit packs do not unlock paid subscription features.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Open Settings → Billing to manage your subscription in Stripe. Upgrades apply after successful payment. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Annual plans continue monthly credits through the paid year.
