Refund Policy

Credit refunds for failed tasks and refunds of a payment are different. This page explains the automated behavior and how to ask for help with a charge.

Failed generation tasks

When a task reaches the failed state, its deducted credits are automatically returned to the original credit batches with the original expiration dates. An already-expired batch remains expired after refund. A task that is still queued, processing or saving files is not yet a failed task. Check Library for its current status.

Payment refund requests

For duplicate charges, billing mistakes or service problems, email [email protected] with your order identifier and a description. We review payment refund requests individually, including the payment status and credits already used. This policy does not promise an unconditional refund window and does not limit mandatory rights under applicable law. Do not send complete payment-card details.

Subscription cancellation

Cancel through Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect after the current paid period; it does not by itself refund the current payment. Yearly plans allocate credits monthly. Unused monthly credits expire at the end of their allocation period, and credit packs expire after 365 days.

If a payment refund is approved

Refunds are processed through the payment provider. Associated unused credits and any applicable first-purchase bonus may be revoked to prevent double use. The time for funds to reach you depends on the provider and your financial institution. Support can help you check the status of an approved refund.
