Information we process
We process account details such as name and email, authentication records, prompts, uploaded files, generated outputs, task status, credit activity and order records. Security checks may process request metadata and an IP-derived hash to prevent abuse of free credits. Never include sensitive personal information in prompts or uploads unless you have a valid reason and the necessary permissions.
Why and with whom
We use this information to authenticate accounts, execute generation requests, display your Library, manage credit balances, take payments, provide support and prevent abuse. Selected generation providers receive the inputs needed for the requested task. Storage, authentication, payment and email providers process the information required for their services. Stripe handles checkout; do not send card details to our support mailbox.
Public sharing
Public worlds expose their title, author display name, prompt and public preview assets. Reduced-density splats can be downloaded by a browser displaying them. Original uploads and full-resolution files are not public merely because a world is public. Do not publish confidential prompts. Community examples retain their original source attribution; opening their CDN assets sends a request to that third party.
Storage, retention and deletion
Your browser can retain unfinished text drafts in session storage and uploaded draft files in IndexedDB for up to 24 hours. Completed work stays in Library until deleted or removed under service rules. Deleting a world removes its stored assets through the service cleanup process. Public cached previews may remain accessible for up to an hour. Financial and security records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
Your choices
You can change completion-email preferences in Settings, manage world visibility where your plan permits it, delete works and unsubscribe from waitlist emails. Essential billing emails are separate from completion notifications. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and identity verification. We do not promise that copies already downloaded by other people can be deleted.
