These terms govern your use of PlayableWorld AI. Use the service only if you can agree to these terms and have the rights needed for the material you submit. For questions, contact [email protected].
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, probe other users’ private assets, or bypass credit and access controls. We may restrict abusive activity or remove content that violates these terms.
Inputs and generated outputs
You are responsible for rights in your prompts, images and videos, and for reviewing generated output before publishing or using it. AI outputs may contain errors, distorted details or material resembling existing works. Paid plans include commercial use, subject to third-party rights and applicable provider terms; free-plan use is personal. No exclusive rights or guaranteed copyright protection are promised.
Public worlds and community examples
Free-plan worlds are public. Anyone can view public previews, including panoramas and reduced-density splats. Full-resolution splats and meshes require author access and the relevant paid plan. Making a world private stops new public access, but previously downloaded copies cannot be recalled. Marble community examples link to their original creators and do not become your property when viewed or remixed.
Credits and subscriptions
Review the displayed price, credits and billing interval before checkout. Credits are deducted when a task is submitted and refunded to the original batch if it fails, with the original expiry unchanged. Subscription credits expire at the end of their monthly allocation window; credit packs expire after 365 days. Cancel or change a subscription through Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Availability and service changes
Generation time and output quality vary. Model availability and capabilities may change. Estimated times are not deadlines, and the service does not guarantee a specific creative result. Genie 4 is Coming soon with no promised access date or priority-access benefit. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected by these terms.
